Simplicity 2447 - done.

.......just in time for St. Patrick's Day yesterday.  Here I am ...

I loved this pattern.  The directions were great and very easy.  The only thing I did was raise the waist 1 ½” as usual and make the sleeve short. This fabric was a little on the heavier side. Not sure of the content because it was a remnant, but it has stretch to it, which certainly helped with the fitting.




This picture shows the detailing of the front. I like the way the front piece is separated. The next blouse I make I will leave that part alone and put a collar on it, so that it looks different.

 I am definitely making it again.
